技術說明

一種電壓參考源電路包含一維勒電流源以及一溫度穩定型電壓參考源。維勒電流源與溫度穩定型電壓參考源電性連接，其中維勒電流源係用以供應溫度穩定型電壓參考源一獨立於供應電壓之穩定偏壓電流，溫度穩定型電壓參考源中之一溫度補償機制係利用NMOS與PMOS的臨界電壓具有相反的溫度依存性的特性，使PMOS與NMOS的臨界電壓相減後，其溫度係數可以互相消除，用以平衡受溫度影響產生的變動，進而提供一獨立於供應電壓與不受溫度影響的穩定參考電壓。 A voltage reference circuit is disclosed. The circuit includes a Widlar current source and a temperature-stable voltage reference. The Widlar current source which can produce a bias current independent of the power supply is connected to the temperature-stable voltage reference. The temperature-stable voltage reference having a temperature-compensation mechanism is employed to balance the variation due to temperature provides a power supply stable voltage reference. The temperature-compensation mechanism employs the threshold voltage of PMOS and NMOS having opposite temperature dependence. By subtracting threshold voltage of PMOS and NMOS, the temperature coefficients are cancelled.
