消除特定區域雜光之車燈結構

本專利提出一種新穎的光學設計,用於增加LED車前燈在生產上的容忍度。針對實際生產的光杯進行LED光源的遮罩設計,用以消除特定區域的雜光,卻無損於目標區域的光照度。 本專利用於車前燈所使用之反射光杯與LED光源之間,設計立體遮罩用以遮擋某些來自LED光源特定角度的光線,使其無法入射至光杯而形成雜光,或直接入射至目標區域而造成法規規範之暗區照度過高。此立體遮罩之結構形狀經過光學軟體分析而形成,遮擋入射至目標區域的光線。此遮罩置放於LED光源四周,容許大部分光線通過,僅遮擋入射至特定區域的光線。因此,對於法規規範之亮區的照度影響有限,卻可消除暗區的光線能量,提升光型的對比度。 This patent proposes a novel optical design for increasing the tolerance of LED vehicle headlights in production. This three-dimensional mask is designed for the actual production of the reflector to eliminate the stray light in the specific area without decreasing the illuminance of the target area. This patent is used between the reflective cup and the LED light source used in the headlights of the car. The structural shape of the three-dimensional mask is formed by analysis of optical software, and blocks the light incident on the target area. This mask is placed around the LED light source, allowing most of the light to pass through, and only blocking the light incident on a specific area. Therefore, the impact on the brightness of the bright areas of the regulations is limited, but it can eliminate the light energy in the dark areas and improve the contrast of the light pattern.
