一種具雌激素活性之化合物，其係選自RRR-α-生育醇(RRR-α-tocopherol)、氫化-Q9苯並吡喃(Hydro-Q9 Chromene)、輔酶Q9 (Coenzyme Q9)、環木波羅烷(Cycloartane)、阿魏醯基甘油(1-Feruloyl glycerol)、γ-生育醇-9 (γ-tocopherol-9)及其化學結構類似物所組成之族群。本發明化合物能使ERα與ERβ活化，同時可展現出極佳的雌激素活性。 An objective of the present invention is to provide compounds having estrogenic activity. To accomplish the objective, the compound of the present invention is selected from the group consisting of RRR-α-tocopherol, hydro-Q9 chromene, coenzyme Q9, cycloartane, 1-feruloyl glycerol, γ-tocopherol-9, and analogues thereof. According to the present invention, a compound having estrogenic activity can be synthesized by known organic chemical synthesis or extracted and purified from the plants, such as but not limited to yam (Dioscorea).
