污水雜質處理系統及其渦流沉澱裝置

渦流沉砂主要原理是將出流水水流以切線方式匯入圓形沉澱池內,使水流於內部產生螺旋狀之流況,即外圍強制渦流包圍中央內部之自由渦流,由於混凝膠凝之出流水水流進入圓形沉澱池內時均以切線方式流入,此設計方式可增加池內水流切線速度與渦流離心力,使膠體顆粒沉降距離增加,將有利於濁度、硬度及微量有機物之去除。混凝膠凝後之出流水以沉澱池較低點的位置流入與沉澱池出流水在位置較高地方的設計方式,主要是確保大部分水中細微顆粒與大粒徑之膠羽可受到渦流離心的作用而有效沉降。 The main principle is that the vortex grit effluent flow tangentially imported circular sedimentation tanks, so that the water situation in the internally generated spiral ilk, that surrounds the periphery forced vortex inside the free vortex center, due to the gelation of the coagulation when the water flow into the circular sedimentation tanks are tangential inflow, this design approach can increase the pool of water and tangential velocity vortex centrifugal force, so that colloidal particles settling distance increases, will help to remove turbidity, hardness and trace organics.
