技術說明

本發明為一種四輪轉向核心裝置，包含一外殼座、一輸入件、一輸出件，及一調整件。該輸入件具有一能相對轉動地貫穿在該外殼座中且隨一車輛之前輪轉向而轉動的輸入軸，及一自其一中心向外延伸的滑槽。該輸出件具有一能相對轉動地貫穿在該外殼座中且能驅使該車輛之後輪轉向的輸出軸，以及一固設在該輸出軸之一前端部且與該輸入件之輸入軸呈異軸關係的轉盤；該轉盤能從動於該輸入件以在一預定角度內來回轉動，並具有一自其一中心向外延伸的滑槽。調整件具有兩端延伸的凸塊滑插於輸入件與輸出件的滑槽中。藉以，整體能產生可調整、結構簡單、組裝容易、體積小巧、可靠度高與適用性廣等功效。 A four-wheel steering central mechanism comprising a casing, an input member, and an output member. Said input member has an input shaft oppositely rotatably penetrated said casing and driven by a turning of a vehicle’s front wheels, and a protrusion eccentricly mounted on a rear end surface of said input shaft. Said output member has an output shaft oppositely rotatably penetrated said casing and driving the vehicle’s rear wheels to turn, and a turntable fixed at a front end surface of said output shaft and non-coaxial with said input shaft. Said turntable is driven to reciprocately rotate in an angle by said input member, and has a trough extended from its center to its circumference and for the insertion of said protrusion. Accordingly, the invention has simple structure, easy assembly, small volume, high trustworthiness, broad serviceability, and so on effects.
