技術說明

本發明提供一種透明抗菌塗層，透明抗菌塗層包含一化合物，化合物為SrCu2O2或以化學式ABO2代表，其中，A金屬離子選自銀(Ag)或銅(Cu)其中一種，B金屬離子選自鋁(Al)、鈧(Sc)、鉻(Cr)、釔(Y)、鐵(Fe)、銦(In)、鎵(Ga)、鈷(Co)其中之ㄧ種，並且，透明抗菌塗層的可見光穿透率至少大於50%。，本發明所提供之透明抗菌塗層，不僅具有良好的抗菌特性，且透光率高。根據膠帶附著性試驗，可知本發明之塗層於玻璃基板的附著性，相較於習知技術中所使用的氧化銅及銅來說更好。因此，可廣泛地使用於各種面板，尤其是觸控面板、觀光潛水艇及玻璃底船之觀景窗、一般玻璃的抗菌防霉、水族箱、花瓶、或各種陶瓷。 A transparent antimicrobial coating is disclosed in the present invention. The transparent antimicrobial coating comprised a compound, which is SrCu2O2 or is represented as a molecular formula, ABO2. Wherein, the A metal ion is selected from silver or copper, the B metal ion is selected from Al, Sc, Cr, Y, Fe, In, Ga, and Co. Besides, the transparent antimicrobial coating exhibits a VIS transmission of larger than about 50%.
