技術說明

本發明係有關於一種對亞胺進行鏡像選擇性加成之方法，包括:於如下式(I)所示之化合物存在下，使R3CH=NY與R4ZnR5反應，其中，Y、R1、R2、R3、R4及R5定義如說明書所述。據此，本發明藉由上述方法可合成出高產率且高光學純度之二級胺化合物。本發明之主要目的係在提供一種對亞胺(imines)進行鏡像選擇性加成(enantioselective addition)之方法，俾能合成出具有高純度光學活性之胺類分子產物。 為達成上述目的，本發明提供一種對亞胺(imines)進行鏡像選擇性加成(enantioselective addition)之方法，包括:於一如下式(I)所示之化合物存在下，使R3CH=NY與R4ZnR5反應。 The object of the present invention is to provide a method of enantioselective addition to imines so as to synthesize amine products in high optical purity.
