技術說明

本發明係為結合國科會計畫中生物性材料明膠/聚麩胺酸的敷料技術，同時並演生出一可製備出可抗感染和促進細胞再生的傷口敷料，此所製備傷口敷料，不同於傳統敷料的單一功能性，所製備的多層型敷料可達到抗菌、抗發炎及促進細胞膠原蛋白的增生和加速傷口癒合等，為多功能性傷口敷料。該所製備出雙層傷口敷料之上層材料為一可包覆抗生素或具抗菌性的中草藥之生物高分子材料選用以下群組：明膠、聚麩胺酸幾丁聚醣、透明質酸、膠原蛋白和海藻酸鈉及其組合。該抗感染組合物係供局部施用於皮膚、傷口(使用的標的處)，且包含上述多孔性碳質材料或可承載於該多孔性碳質材料之皮膚處相關細胞、及抗感染之生醫材料表層。在動物實驗上做進一步深入的探討，將所製備出雙層傷口敷料，進行動物實驗傷口癒合分析結果，得知傷口癒合情況遠比市售人工皮與紗布更具有良好效果。 We fabricated the composite wound dressing which could inhibit the target microorganism infection. The prepared wound dressing was composed of the biomaterials which was encapsulated anti-biotic drug to prevent microbial invasion and a porous carbon material. The biomaterials encapsulated anti-biotic drugs or herbal medicine were from the complex of biopolymer, such as gelatin, chitin/chitosan, fucoidan, poly-γ-glutamic acid, hyalurornic acid, collagen and alginate. The porous carbon materials were selected from the combination of activated carbon, graphite and carbon, which could be the form of powder, fiber, and thin laminate. In animal study, we could find that our fabricated wound dressing had better ability in wound healing compared to the commercial dressing material and gauze.
