技術說明

本技術發展出一項可應用於酯化、醚化、烷基化、醯基化、烷烴裂解等化工應用之新穎且高效能之固體性觸媒。當以本觸媒進行油酸之酯化反應時，在觸媒使用量10 wt%、反應溫度100oC且油酸:甲醇莫耳=1:8之條件下反應90分鐘即可達成90%以上之轉化率。此外，本觸媒使用後,可以離心法自產物溶液中分離,經甲醇潤洗的再生程序後即可進行下一階段之酯化反應，經過相同的再生操作，觸媒可被連續使用15次之後對仍對反應可維持90%的高轉化率。 In this study, a novel and efficient solid acid catalyst was developed for catalyzing various reactions, such as esterification, etherification, alkylation, acylation and alkane cracking. When the esterification of oleic acid with methanol (molar ratio 1:8) was carried out at 100oC over the catalyst (10% catalyst loading), the conversion of oleic acid was over 90% after 90 minutes of the reaction. Otherwise, the used catalyst can be simply recovered by rinsing the used catalyst with methanol after the catalyst was removed from the reaction mixture by centrifugation. It was found that no obvious reactivity lose after the 15th cycle.
