技術說明

一種非隔離型雙向直流／直流轉換器之主動式緩振器。此非隔離型雙向直流／直流轉換器主要是在升壓與降壓共用電路的兩個開關上，同時額外並聯開關與電感。藉此，兩個開關的寄生電容所儲存的能量會被轉移到並聯的電感上，使兩個開關分別在切換的時候是處於零電壓的狀態。換句話說，就是零電壓切換。因此，藉由此種柔性切換的方式，可以大大的降低切換損失（Switching Loss）以及電磁干擾（EMI），同時，也增加了電路的轉換效率。 The present invention relates to a non-isolated DC-DC converter with active snubber. The two switches of the non-isolated DC-DC converter are respectively coupled to a inductor and a switch in parallel, such that the energy storing at the stray capacitors of the two switches would be transfer to the inductor. Therefore, the voltage between the drain and source of the two switches is in a zero voltage state when the switches are conducted. In other words, the zero voltage switching or the soft-switching is achieved. The soft switching can greatly reduces the switching loss and electro-magnetic interference; meanwhile, the efficiency would be greatly increased.
