技術說明

本文將安定化處理後鋁渣，經烘乾、研磨成粉末，再和廢液晶玻璃粉末、發泡劑、助熔劑等材料調配，經混拌、擠壓、射出、搓揉、造粒成直徑大小不等的球狀土坯，經乾燥養護後成雛粒，再經預熱和焙燒兩段方式加熱，經過玻化固化過程，形成玻璃結構，燒製成輕質骨材，再經過工程、環境特性分析後，再作為粗細骨材使用。 本文為考慮節能減碳，因此將燒結溫度控制在800℃左右，特選用廢液晶玻璃粉末、硼酸、小蘇打、碳酸鈉、碳酸鈣、活性碳等作為助熔劑及發泡劑，提供適當發泡環境、提高黏滯力、降低發泡溫度，達到高強度、低密度等效果。 本研究將探討熔劑發泡劑等化學組成、溫度因素、升溫速率、持溫因素、成型顆粒大小因素等燒結條件對鋁渣輕質骨材工程性質之影響，並探討玻璃粉末含量對鋁渣輕質骨材外觀、密度、抗壓強度及物理性質之影響。 本研究將嘗試建立鋁渣骨材燒結產製技術、品質要求及試驗方法，探討鋁渣骨材的工程及環境品質特性，其次建立鋁渣骨材作為綠建材試驗方法及品質檢驗準則，探討其工程及環境品質，供工程界設計與施工參考。 This paper will introduce the process in which aluminium dust is dried and ground into powders after stabilization and then the powders are formed into spherical adobe blocks of different diameters through mixing, extrusion, injection and kneading after being blended with waste liquid crystal glass powder, swell and flux etc., and then the adobe blocks are made into embryonic grains after drying and maintenance and then heated via the preheating process and the baking process, after that the embryonic grains are provided with the glass structure after vitrification and solidification and then used as coarse and fine aggregate after being fired into lightweight aggregate after analysis of engineering and environmental features.
