技術說明

本發明提供堆疊式太陽能電池的製造方法，首先於基板上形成照光時產生電能的第一光電轉換結構單元和汲取電能的第一連接電極與下電極，製作出第一光伏元件，接著於暫時基板上形成照光時產生電能的第二光電轉換結構單元和與第二光電轉換結構連接的第二連接電極，製作出第二光伏元件，然後將第一、二光伏元件以第一、二連接電極的投影相交錯地堆疊連結並成電導通，得到堆疊式太陽能電池半成品，最後移除暫時基板並製作頂電極，製作得到堆疊式太陽能電池。本發明還提供一種堆疊式太陽能電池。 The present invention provides a stacked solar cell manufacturing method, first formed on a substrate according to a first light to generate electricity structural unit and a photoelectric conversion power draw and the lower electrode of a first electrode connected to produce the first photovoltaic element, then the temporary substrate formed on the light for generating electrical energy according to the second photoelectric conversion structure and the second photoelectric conversion unit and the structure connected to the second connection electrode, to produce a second photovoltaic element, then the first and second photovoltaic element in the first and second connection electrode projection phase staggered stacking link and into conduction, get stacked solar cell semi finally remove the temporary substrate and produce top electrode, produced with stacked solar cells.
