奈米片狀氧化鋅結構整合感測器元件之製造方法

使用低成本的化學溶液沈積法在玻璃基板上成長氧化鋅奈米片的結構,作為氣體感測以及紫外光感測的元件主動區。這樣的感測元件對於揮發性有機物(VOCs)以及一氧化碳(CO)有極佳的響應;同時它在紫外光的波段也有良好的響應度。此元件具備多功能的特性,深具實用性。 We employed a low-cost chemical solution deposition route to grow ZnO nanosheet structures on glass substrate, which can be an active area of sensors for gas and UV-light sensing. Such a fabricated sensor device shows a good response in detecting VOCs and CO. In addition, it also serves as a photosensor in the detection of UV light. As a result, we have demonstrated that the sensors based on ZnO nanosheet structures have good practicability for its multi-functional characteristics.
