技術說明

本發明發現，以蕈狀芽孢桿菌進行其醱酵之過程中， 可藉由添加腐黴菌Pythium aphanidermatum 共同培養而顯著提升生物界面活性劑的產量。此外， 由蕈狀芽孢桿菌B. mycoides 與腐黴菌Pythium aphanidermatum 所得之培養物，其生產之生物界面活性劑與表面素(surfactin)標準品比對時亦發 現，其中成分可涵蓋多種除了表面素以外的生物界面活性劑。本發明亦關於該共培養物用於製備防治植物病害之生物製劑的用途。 The present invention relates to a co-culture comprising Bacillus mycoides and Pythium aphanidermatum, and a method using the co-culture to produce bio-surfactants. The present invention also provides a biopesticide comprising the co-culture of Bacillus mycoides and Pythium aphanidermatum. The coculture broth can be applied to pathogens prevention for plants as the biopesticide.
