MAGNETIC DEVICE WITH THREE-DIMENSIONAL WAVE STRUCTURE AND APPLICATION FOR BIOMEDICAL DETECTION

本發明係揭露一種立體波浪結構之磁性裝置,其包含磁性元件及訊號接收模組。磁性元件可為具有磁異向性之奈微米結構,磁性元件係於具有立體波浪結構之基板上製備而成。當磁性物質接近磁性元件時,磁性物質對磁性元件以產生相對應之磁阻訊號。訊號接收模組可電性連接於磁性元件,以接收相對應之磁阻訊號。透過量測磁性立體波浪結構的磁阻,可以檢測到磁性物質散發的磁場,進而檢測到磁性物質的存在與否。並可利用外加磁場改變磁性立體波浪結構的磁化組態,以捕捉磁性物質使其吸附在立體波浪結構的磁極上。 The present invention discloses a magnetic device with a three-dimensional wave structure and the application for biomedical detection, which contains magnetic components and signal receiver module. The magnetic element is having magnetic anisotropy for chennai micron structure; magnetic element is prepared by having three-dimensional wave structure of the substrate. When the magnetic substance closer a magnetic element, a magnetic substance of the magnetic element to produce a signal corresponding to the magnetoresistance. Through the measurement of the magnetic reluctance dimensional wave structure, and thus detects the presence or absence of the magnetic substance. The use of the external magnetic field changes the magnetization configuration of the magnetic structure of the three-dimensional wave to capture magnetic substance adsorbed of the magnetic pole structure.
