三維空間資料處理是地理資訊的重要發展之一，三維房屋模型重建是其中一項重要研究工作。房屋模型重建可使用航空攝影測量或空載光達等遙測資料，由於航空攝影測量在立體測量方面較光達有較佳細節的表現，因此多以航空攝影測量進行房屋模型的三維量測。傳統上航測製圖過程是三維量測但以二維方式記錄，其製程會造成高程資訊損失，而後在重建三維房屋模型中，會有判釋困難或位相錯誤的產生，因此本方法將結合現有航測製圖程序，使用航測製圖量測之三維線段產生三維模型，並與航照影像進行比對編修，可提高房屋模型的效率及正確性。 Three dimensions data manipulation is a major trend in GIS. The building model reconstruction is, among others, an important task. The data includes aerial images and LIDAR point clouds for building reconstruction. Aerial images are favorable in terms of higher resolution in photogrammetry. Although, conventional photogrammetric mapping is performed in a 3D environment, 2D graphic data is recorded. Thus, the mapping process could damage the terrain information. It makes the building reconstruction hard or unreliable. This method combines the existing photogrammetric mapping procedure and the building model reconstruction. The topographic maps and models are produced simultaneously. In addition, the models may be edited along with the aerial images in an online environment. It will increase the efficiency and accuracy for building model reconstruction.
