影像式多軸工具機校正方法及其系統

本發明係一種影像式空間三維誤差檢測系統,有助於量測多軸工具機誤差補償,透過將CCD無線模組進行量測多軸工具機,所需一感測頭、一鋼球固定組、一電腦或單晶片,該感測頭設有至少一感測組,各感測組設有一CCD無線模組及一光源,其中該光源利用背光方式,使得CCD無線模組辨識物體,並透過無線傳輸影像至電腦或單晶片進行程式處理,再將補償訊號發送至多軸工具機的控制器,提供一方便組裝、自動化量測補償且可降低量測成本之無線量測補償裝置者。 In recent years, the machine tool industry in order to increase the product added-value, their development focuses on the aerospace part manufacture and 5-axes machine tool. Currently many 5-axes measurement systems are on the market, but there are no international standard for 5-axes machine tool measurement. In recent years, the professor Jywe used 2 position sensing detectors, 2 laser diodes and a glass reference ball to develop a 5-axes measurement system. It had successfully technology transferred to domestic manufacturers. In recent years, the resolution of digital camera had improved and it is almost equal to the position sensing detector. Moreover its stability is better than the position sensing detector.
