技術說明

現今網路資源雜亂，我們很難得知自己取得的資源究竟是出自於何處，尤其是當我們持有的資源並非文字時，要了解它的來由更是無從找起，諸如圖像或影片等非文字資源，在查找上相對的也就比較困難。 本系統屬於網路資訊服務平台，提供使用者上傳、搜尋和線上觀看影音，特色在於擁有不同於現今一般網站使用的影音檢索方式，改採用圖片作為檢索依據，其技術重點主要分成兩大部分，第一部份是影片上傳時的處理，包含轉檔、取景和紀錄畫面資訊等，而第二部份則是關鍵圖上傳時的搜尋動作，流程包含比對、統計和排序等。 過去的圖像檢索影片技術普遍著重於數值上的比對與計算，因此針對圖像資訊的偵測也自然較為複雜（可能包含色彩、波長或某些定義的特徵等），要能運行於網頁上且被普遍使用，相對的也就比較困難，然而本系統與其主要的差異，在於以使用者為導向，目標是找到使用者所要的結果，因此並不侷限於影像比對等單一步驟，而是採用一連串方法的實施來達到目的。 此外，由於本系統建構於網頁上，故對於搜尋時間亦相當的注重，在總影格數超過十五萬的影片群中，本系統也能在短短的三十秒內搜尋完畢。 The current Internet resources are very messy. It is difficult to know where our already owned resources come from, particularly for non-texts. Usually, we have no way to identify their sources, such as images and videos. Our developed system is an Internet information service platform, which provides users upload, search, and online video viewing. The distinguishing feature of this system is quite distinct from the conventional video search methods. To achieve the goal of finding the results what users want, the system adopts a series of methods comprising two stages. The first stage is a video upload process, including file converting, image capturing, and information recording. And the second stage uses a key image to search videos, inclusive of comparison, statistics, and ranking. In addition, because the system is emphasized on an online one, we pay more attention to its search time. For a video group of more than 150,000 frames, it can accomplish the search task in 30 seconds.
