具自由曲面之準直透鏡結構及其設計方法

本發明涉及一種具自由曲面之準直透鏡結構及其設計方法,可應用於LED光源之投射或準直。由模擬之實驗結果顯示,將光線經由此準直透鏡投射至兩百公尺遠而直徑為三十五公尺之圓盤偵測面上,其光源與偵測面之張角大約為5度,而達到至少88%之光學準直效率。由於本發明之透鏡結構及設計方法十分新穎,並能克服傳統光源之準直透鏡係以複數透鏡組合而成,所造成之浪費空間與準直效率不佳的問題,大幅提升準直透鏡整體的經濟效益,其產業利用性極高,未來之市場性應可期待。 This invention concerns a structure of collimator lens having freeform surface and its design method, which can be applied to project or collimating an LED light source. The simulation result shows that the collimator lens can project light rays into a circular detection plane at 200-m away with a diameter of 35 m; however, the half-spread angle of the light source to the detection plane is only about 5 degrees, and the optical collimating efficiency is 88% at least. Since the collimator lens structure and the design method are very original that it can slove the problems of large volume and inferior collimating efficiency caused by the conventional light source collimator lens using plural lens, therefore, the integrated economic benefit of the collimator lens can be promoted greatly, and its industrial application is very feasible that the future market capability is expectant.
