一種全高分子自增強複合材料的製造方法，包含將複數之一高熔點高強力高分子纖維紗束併紗後，將熔融態一低熔點高分子沾附於其外表面，形成一高分子複合纖維；將該高分子複合纖維利用滾輪及延伸輪進行熱扁平化與熱延伸，熱延伸的溫度介於該高熔點高強力高分子纖維的玻璃轉移溫度與低熔點高分子之熔點減10℃之間，該熱延伸的延伸率至少1.5:1，更佳為3:1以上；將熱扁平化與熱延伸作用後的該帶狀高分子複合纖維以低於該低熔點高分子纖維的熔融溫度10℃之溫度加熱定型；以及將該帶狀高分子複合纖維編織為片狀之一編織材，成為該全高分子自增強複合材料。 Present invention is related to a producing method of self-reinforced polymer composites having steps of: combing multiple high melting point polymer fibers into fiber bundle; dipping or coating a melted low melting point polymer on the fiber bundle; flatting and extending the fiber bundle after dipping or coating where the extending rate of the fiber bundle is at least 1.5:1 or preferable beyond 3:1 and the extending temperature is at a range between the glass transition point of the high melting point polymer and minus 10℃ of the melting point of the low melting point polymer; setting the fiber bundle at the temperature of minus 10℃ of melting point of the low melting point polymer; and weaving the fiber bundle into fabric to form the self-reinforced polymer composite.
