技術說明

一種感測裝置的製作方法，包含下列步驟：(a)提供一感壓元件，其具有一第一表面和一第二表面；(b)將一第一電極和一第二電極分別配置於該第一表面；(c)在該第二表面對應於該第一電極和該第二電極的位置，分別配置一第三電極和一第四電極；以及(d)將一彈性物體配置於該第一表面，其中該彈性物體具有彈性係數不相同的一第一部份和一第二部份，且該第一部份覆蓋該第一電極，而該第二部份覆蓋該第二電極。 能辨別物體的軟硬程度，特別是用於分辨動物體內不同硬度的部位，是觸覺感測器的一大功能。目前業界所習知的觸覺感測設備不是使用上過於複雜，就是功效不足，難以分辨材料性質類似人體組織這麼柔軟的物體。 The present invention provides a method for producing a measurement apparatus. The method includes the following step: (a) providing a tactile sensing component having a first and a second surfaces; (b) respectively disposing a first and a second electrodes on the first surface; (c) respectively disposing a third and a fourth electrodes on the second surface; and (d) disposing an elastic material having a first and a second portion on the first surface, wherein the first and the second portions of the elastic material have a different modules of elasticity, and cover the first and the second electrodes respectively.
