酸鹼微流體生醫檢測器

一種酸鹼微流體生醫檢測元件,主要係以射頻濺鍍系統將二氧化釕濺鍍膜於聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯樹脂基板,藉網版印刷技術進行製備參考電極與導線於基板上,再用聚對二甲基矽氧烷製備微流體通道,然後以夾具包覆樹脂基板與二甲基矽氧烷微流體通道,提供一微流體酸鹼值檢測器,由一二氧化釕/聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯塑膠基板;一微型化通道,一參考電極,以及一夾具所構成。所述參考電極置固於該樹脂基板之部分上;夾具是包覆樹脂基板及微流體通道,具有露出微流體通道一部份之二開口。 In this invent, radio frequency (R. F.) sputtering was used to fabricate RuO2 membrane on the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate and the screen-printed technique was used to fabricate reference electrode and conductive wire. Furthermore, the micro-channel was fabricated by polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and then the plastic substrate and the PDMS micro-channel were fixed by a clamping apparatus. This invent provides a pH sensor which includes a RuO2/PET substrate, a micro-channel, a reference electrode, and a clamping apparatus. The reference electrode was fabricated at the exposed part of PET substrate. The PET substrate and the PDMS micro-channel were fixed by a clamping apparatus and two voids of the PDMS micro-channel were uncovered.
