技術說明

本發明適用於安養中心之特殊病人、或脊椎傷殘之病患，使病患得以定時進行側向翻身，降低病患不適，減少看護之體力負荷，此側向翻身之機構系統包含兩組活動架，它們各別與兩組調節機構連接得以在水平位置與傾斜位置間活動。床單經由易拆卸裝置與活動架上的連接長桿連接，使得臥在床單上的病人得以在此機構系統運作時從仰臥姿勢轉變成左側臥或右側臥；其中調節機構受傳動軸驅動，傳動軸上有螺紋得以與滑塊接合，又有支撐桿其兩端分別與滑塊及與活動架連接，一旦動力源起動，則可使支撐桿將活動架撐起使其轉變成傾斜位置。 It is a main object of the present invention to provide a turning mechanism for a patient confined to a bed and to turn the patient to both left and right side rest positions, with little stress concentration to patient’s body and with little labor.The turning mechanism includes two pivotal frames, and two adjusting members, which are connected to respective frames provided for moving the frames between a horizontal position and a tilted one. A sheet is connected to elongated rods of the frames. The adjusting members have transmission shafts, which are connected to motors, and which have threaded sections screwed through respective moving blocks, to which propping rods are pivoted. The propping rods are pivoted to the frames at the other ends so that when the motors are activated, the moving blocks move along threaded sections, and the frames are adjusted with the propping rods.
