技術說明

本發明主要以脈波寬度調變電路(PWM)來驅動LASER Diode，因為LASER Diode在發光時容易受到溫度影響，改變輸出光功率，利用LASER Diode隨溫度上升，順向偏壓下降的特性，作為溫度檢知功能，再利用脈波寬度調變補償LASER Diode隨溫度上升而下降之光功率，來達成自動定光功率目的。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 The present invention is mainly driven pulse width modulation (PWM) circuit LASER Diode, LASER Diode lit easily affected by temperature, changing the output optical power, the LASER Diode with increasing temperature, forward bias decreases characteristics, as temperature detection function, then the use of pulse width modulation compensation the LASER Diode decrease with increasing temperature, optical power, to achieve the purpose of automatic fixed optical power.
