技術說明

本揭示內容是關於碳量子點 (carbon quantum dots, CQDs)及其製造方法。所揭示方法包括下列步驟：(a) 讓碳量子點前驅物與液體介質在不超過100℃的溫度下反應一第一段時間；及(b) 在步驟(a)中的反應混合物中加入單醣，並令反應繼續進行一第二段時間，以產生欲求的碳量子點。依本揭示內容方法所製成的碳量子點直徑約1-5 nm，且對pH值敏感。可在酸性環境下發出藍光，及鹼性環境下發出黃光。 Disclosed herein are carbon quantum dots (CQDs), and methods for producing the CQDs. The method includes the steps of, (a) reacting CQD precursors and a liquid medium at a temperature no more than 100℃ for a first period of time; and (b) adding a monosaccharide to the reaction mixture of the step (a) and allowing the reaction to proceed for a second period of time to produce the CQDs. The CQDs thus produced are about 1-5 nm in size, and pH sensitive, thus may emit blue light at acidic condition and yellow light at alkaline condition.
