技術說明

所研發之膠囊具有環境調控釋放的特性，可隨環境pH值的變化而改變其釋放的行為。藉此，可將抗菌劑與齒質修復成份在口腔環境處於酸性致齲的情況下，釋放出來，殺死致齲菌與修復齒質，給予即時的保護措施，而在中性環境下，停止釋放，以達到長效型抗齲與修復的功效。此策略乃不同於目前市面上的牙膏產品，只能全面性抑制口腔菌落的生長，反觀，本研發技術具有選擇性抑菌，可在最自然的條件下，達到口腔疾病的預防與保健。目前，已制訂此膠囊應用於牙膏中的配方，故此技術深具市場潛力。 The developed capsules exhibited the environmental controlled releasing property in which its releasing behavior varied as the change of the environmental pH value. Thereby, the antibacterial agent and tooth-repairing component were released out to kill the caries-inducing bacterial and repair the tooth while the oral cavity was in the acidic caries-inducing situation which provided the in-situ protection. On the other hand, they stopped releasing in neutral environment to achieve the long-term ant carious and repairing function. This strategy different from that of current commercial toothpaste product which only can comprehensively inhibit the growth of oral flu. However, this developed technique exhibited the selective antibacterial activity which provided the protection for oral diseases and health-care. Now, the toothpaste formula based on these capsules was prepared so that this developed technique exhibited the large market potential.
