設計一徑向磁通型之多極永磁式同步發電機,並用於垂直風車之風能發電系統。採用多極型永磁式同步發電機直接耦合於低速風車而不需額外增速齒輪箱,以減少機械架構並可減少齒輪的損失及噪音。搭配極與槽的最佳組合與修正磁石形狀及轉子斜槽來減少頓轉轉矩。並使用雙三相的繞組接線,可分散電流及功率轉換器繞組容量,若其中一組繞組故障時,另一組繞組方能減載而繼續運轉,以提高系統可靠度,可提供未來高效率風力發電機組設計與應用,達到綠色能源之節能減碳目標。 The proposal is development of the composed of axial flux permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) for vertical axis-type wind power generation system. This multi-pole PMSG could be directly coupled to the low speed wind turbines growth without an additional gear box, in order to reduce the mechanical structure, gear loss and noise. In the axial flux generator, the magnetic analysis software will be used to achieve the size, poles and coil number optimal. The pole slot and pole shape will be design for reducing cogging torque and torque ripple in the radial flux PMSG. In operation, a set of windings is broken; another one could be reduced capacity and continuous operation.
