技術說明

本團隊提出一套新的基因快速檢測技術，在無精密儀器及實驗室設備情況下，能以簡單程序進行基因檢測。整個過程只需花費20分鐘，並以肉眼直接觀測結果，其靈敏度可達每1微升(μL)1隻病毒。 We have proposed a new and convenient molecular diagnostic method. In the absence of precision instruments and laboratory equipment, the method can be performed by a simple procedure. The whole process takes only 20 minutes, and the sensitivity can reach 1 virus per microliter, which can be directly observed by the naked eye.
