技術說明

萃取方法將香椿嫩葉粉末浸泡於酒精溶液中數小時後離心,取上清液,進行冷凍乾燥,此為萃取物TSL-A1。離心後之香椿葉殘渣再加入適量的水,高溫高壓萃取後,離心取上清液,進行冷凍乾燥,此為萃取物TSL-A2。將上述的A1與A2 依適當比例混合成為TSL-A3,即為本發明之主要香椿萃取物。 另依據傳統食用方法,將香椿葉以100℃熱水沖泡30分鐘,取上清液冷凍乾燥,此為TSL-A0,作為對照之用。TSL-A2、TSL-A1隨著劑量的提升活化PPAR-γ,可達正控制組(0.1μM pioglitazone) 50 - 60%的效果, TSL-A3活化PPAR-γ效果最佳,約可達正控制組(0.1uM pioglitazone)110%。傳統食用方法,僅使用熱水沖泡之TSL-A0活化PPAR-γ僅趨近正控制組(0.1μM pioglitazone)的40%。上述TSL-A1、A2、 A3與A0 PPARγ冷光測試結果顯示TSL-A3 > TSL-A1≈ TSL-A2 > TSL-A0。 We have developed a new extraction methods and applications of Toona Sinesis in preventing and ameliorating metabolic syndrome through the activation of PPARγ. Leaves of Toona Sinensis were extracted by ethanol and centrifuged for 15-30 min,then supernants were frozen dry to be TSL-A1. The precipitates were extracted by water in high temperature and high pressure for 30~60 mins and centrifuged again. The supernants were frozen dry to be TSL-A2. TSL-A1 and TSL-A2 were mixed at proper ratio to be the final product-TSL-A3. PPAR-γ activation analysis, TSL-A3 showed that revealed the highest potency and could be used as health food or herbal medicine for ameliorating metabolic syndrome and diabetes.
