技術說明

本發明係透過WEB-GIS平台整合所有計乘車營運管理與派遣所需功能。實施方式主要在車上裝設一車機裝置，該車機裝置包括「全球衛星定位模組」和「無線傳輸模組」，以及一個「GIS平台」，且該車機裝置可供一控制中心伺服器連結。該控制中心伺服器包含「GIS資料庫」、「GIS模組」、「派遣模組」、「接收模組」以及「預付模組」、「評鑑模組」等。該全球衛星定位模組可對車輛進行定位，並將資訊透過無線傳輸模組傳回行車控制中心伺服器，同時可透過行車控制中心伺服器計算得到如車速、位置、方向等資料，將這些資料套用在已有的GIS資料庫中，並透過GIS平台加以顯示。當乘客欲搭車時，透過有線通訊模組或無線通訊模組透過網際網路連結至GIS平台，乘客可於該平台進行網路叫車之功能。乘客在平台上利用「點選」之方式選定起訖點，於選擇後，平台可透過行車控制中心計算出抵達目的初估時間及其車資。乘客可自由選定其欲撘乘車種屬性進行搜尋並於平台上顯示結果。乘客可決定是否使用預約付款及遠距付費（Mobile Payment），若使用預約付款，則平台上可顯示較多資訊，並且可以透過信用卡預付模組進行預付，如不使用信用卡預約付款，平台可在限制條件下提供相同功能。 A vehicle dispatch system including several vehicle loading modules and a vehicle controlling server. Said vehicle controlling server which is comprised of a geographic information system data base apparatus which is receive and store current position coordinates of said vehicles and several road information、a operating interface platform which is provide a user to use a network apparatus to connect said operating interface platform and input a calling request，and a second wireless transmitting apparatus which can transmit a designated request to a designated vehicle.
