技術說明

本團隊於此專利中預計於簡化OLED元件結構中加上一層具有氧化膦衍生物之混合式電子傳輸層，不僅提升電子傳輸能力亦可當作阻擋層，防止鹼金屬電子材料於元件操作時擴散至發光層導致發光層產生缺陷進而產生漏電 In this patent, the team is expected to add a layer of a mixed electron transport layer with a phosphine oxide derivative to the simplified OLED device structure, which not only enhances the electron transport capability but also acts as a barrier layer to prevent the alkali metal electronic material from diffusing during component operation. To the luminescent layer causes defects in the luminescent layer to cause leakage.
