An arranged exercise apparatus system This evaluation system of physical fitness applies wearable biosensors combined with augmented reality (AR) for healthy or disordered individuals: For diagnostic limitations of physical fitness To determine medical efficiency, risk or prognosis For functional evaluation To design exercise prescription The wearable biosensors combined with AR can analyze health-related (included cardiopulmonary fitness, muscular fitness, and flexibility) and skill-related (included balance and reaction time) physical fitness in adult and elderly subjects. The present program aims to establish an effective exercise regimen for improving physical fitness and to achieve health promotion in adult and elderly subjects. The circuit training is to continue to engage in a series of different exercise programs. The training regimen has a significantly positive effect on muscular and cardiopulmonary fitness. The circuit training can be applied to individuals as well as to groups at the same time. It not only cultivates personal interest but also resonates with the group. At the time of personal training, the subject can experience the beneficial effect of exercise from the shortening of exercise time, so as to understand the situation in which the body can progress. The novel-designed circuit training focuses on improved systemic aerobic capacity. The equipment includes recumbent bike, treadmill, rowing machine, upright bike, elliptical machine, which can train the trunk muscles and lower/upper limb muscles in order, from the core muscular groups to the peripheral muscular groups, as well as, from closed-chain kinetics to open-chain kinetics. Because the training programs are well-designed and multi-style, the outcomes of training can achieve a high degree of learning interest and effect. Therefore, this exercise strategy is the most effective way to enhance muscular and cardiopulmonary physical fitness. 排列式運動裝置系統 此系統是利用穿戴式生物感測器結合擴增實境(AR)應用於健康或有疾病風險的個體,以診斷其體適能的限制原因、確認目前醫療效率、疾病風險或預後狀況,並能用於身體功能的評估,進一步設計適當的運動處方。 我們產品是結合AR的穿戴式生物傳感系統可以分析健康相關(包括心肺健康,肌肉健康和靈活性)和技能相關(包括平衡和反應時間)體適能的變化。藉此,我們的目標在建立有效運動的方案,以促進身體適能與改善個體健康。 我們也設計一組環狀運動訓練系統,包含一系列不同的運動項目的整合應用。此運動方案對肌肉和心肺適能有顯著的積極正面作用。環狀運動訓練可以應用於個人或團體。它不僅能培養了個人對運動的興趣,也能激勵團隊參與健身的共識,增進學習動機,提高運動的依從性。並且,此運動策略能有效縮短運動時間,達到較佳的生理適應效果;亦能從即時的資料了解體適能改變,適時調整運動模式。 我們目前的設計環狀運動訓練模式,側重於改善系統性有氧能力。該系統的設備包括:斜躺式自行車,跑步機,划船機,直立式自行車,橢圓機;涵蓋核心肌群(軀幹肌群)到周邊肌群(下肢/上肢肌群)的運動區塊,以及從閉鎖鏈式運動到開放鏈式運動模式。此訓練策略由於運動型式變化多元而全面,能提高學習興趣,同時又能有效增強肌肉和心肺適能。
