待檢試樣之透氧氣性能測定裝置及其方法 本發明有關一種待檢試樣之透氧氣性能測定裝置及其方法，其以一燃料供應裝置供應一燃料電池模組所需之燃料，於電極包覆待檢試樣，使燃料之氣體擴散層與氧氣結合反應，並於二電極之間產生一暫態電流，並以電流量測裝置量測其暫態電流並產生一量測訊號，以運算裝置擷取及監測一定時間的量測訊號，並以量測訊號回復平穩時間為半擴散時間，利用燃料電池模組之氣體擴散層厚度與該半擴散時間加以運算，而產生待檢試樣之透氧氣性能的擴散係數者。 The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for determining oxygen permeation, which provides fuel cell for fuel by supply device, putting sample on electrode, reacting the spreading film of the gasified fuel and oxygen so as to produce a temporary current between two electrodes, detecting the temporary current to obtain a detecting signal and a semi-spread time, and calculating the thickness of the spreading film and semi-spread time, then obtaining the coefficient of spread of oxygen permeation of the sample.
