技術說明

一種奈米雙晶結構，沉積於基底的表面上。所述奈米雙晶結構包括至少一區塊，且所述區塊含有多個奈米雙晶。每一奈米雙晶具有面心立方晶體結構。所述多個奈米雙晶沿[111]晶軸方向進行堆疊。所述奈米雙晶結構的少於50%的表面以(111)面作為擇優取向。 A nanotwinned structure including at least one domain with a plurality of nanotwins and deposited on a surface of a substrate is provided. Each of the nanotwins possesses the faced-centered cubic (FCC) structure. The plurality of nanotwins are stacked along the [111] crystallographic axis. The surface of the nanotwinned structure has less than 50% of the surface with the (111) plane as the preferred orientation.
