技術說明

本專利揭示一種圓形金屬鈑件之精密下料製程所使用的沖頭結構。透過本沖頭結構不僅可以維持原本精密下料製程提高成品斷口光滑度與垂直度的優點，也可以大幅降低沖頭所需力量，並同時提高成品的平坦度，減少二次加工的需求與成本。 This patent unveils a punch structure for fine blanking process. The punch not only maintains the benefits of higher shear ratio and straighter cutting edge of the workpieces but also significantly reduces the punch force and promotes the flatness of those, which decrease the requirement and cost of the subsequent working process.
