技術說明

內建式後失真線性化功率放大器實現高線性度特性，在OP1dB的功率區域中可以提高線性輸出功率和PAE操作區域。此架構包括一個主要放大器，輔助放大器和一個相位補償器。藉由選擇兩個放大器的電晶體尺寸比、直流偏壓點，以及相位補償器用來調整輸出相位的方式，提升功率放大器的輸出功率與線性度。輔助放大器可以說是一種負載調製，補償主要放大器的輸出特性而改進OP1dB功率。 The proposed PA proposes a post-distortion linearization technique to achieve high linearity, which improves the OP1dB and PAE near the saturation region. The components include a main amplifier, an auxiliary amplifier and a transmission-line (TL). The third-order distortion of the main amplifier was cancelled by setting appropriate device sizes, bias conditions, and TL lengths. The auxiliary amplifier modulates the load to compensate for the output distortion of the main amplifier to improve OP1dB.
