技術說明

一種移動式顆粒床，包括有一顆粒流道模組、一進氣管道模組、一出氣管道模組，該進氣管道模組設置於該顆粒流道模組之一側，用以提供導引含有焦油成份之一待過濾氣流進入該顆粒流道模組，該出氣管道模組，設置於該顆粒流道模組之另一側，其特徵在於該移動式顆粒床更具有一溫度感測模組、一加熱模組以及一控制單元。該控制單元，控制該加熱模組加熱該進氣管道模組至一第一溫度，致使該待過濾氣流不會沾黏在該進氣管道模組的管壁上，以及控制該加熱模組加熱該顆粒流道模組內之顆粒材料至一第二溫度，使得當該待過濾氣流進入該顆粒流道模組而通過該顆粒材料時，待過濾氣流內的焦油成分變成沾黏狀態而附著於顆粒材料。 A granular moving bed comprises a granular moving channel module having granule material passing therethrough, an inlet module, and an outlet module. The inlet module guides a contaminated gas with tar flowing into the granular moving channel module. The outlet module receives the gas passing through the granular moving channel module. The granular moving bed is characterized in that further comprises a temperature sensing module, a heating module, and a controller is utilized to control the heating module for heating the inlet module to a first temperature such that the tar within the contaminated gas will not be adhered onto the channel wall of the inlet module and to control the heating module for heating the granule material inside the granular moving channel module to a second temperature such that the tar within the contaminated gas is condensed to be adhered by the granule material.
