技術說明

一種具圖案化電極的有機太陽能電池，包含有：一第一電極層、一第二電極層以及一有機光電轉換層。該第一電極層與該第二電極層相對設置，該第一電極層具有一第一載子注入面，該第一載子注入面形成有複數個第一突起部；而該有機光電轉換層設於該第一電極層與該第二電極層之間，該有機光電轉換層具有與該第一載子注入面相接合的一第一表面，且該第一表面順應該第一突起部而與該第一載子注入面形成一具有複數個波峰段及波谷段之第一載子供輸界面，據此，增加該第一載子供輸界面的面積，提升有機太陽能電池載子傳輸效率，進而提升光電轉換效率。 An organic solar cell having a patterned electrode includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and an organic photoelectric conversion layer. The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are opposite to each other. The first electrode layer has a first carrier injection surface and a plurality of first protrusions formed on the first carrier injection surface. The organic photoelectric conversion layer is sandwiched between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and includes a first surface joined to the first carrier injection surface which complies with the first protrusions to form a first carrier supply interface having a plurality of peak sections and a plurality of valley sections. Accordingly, the area of the first carrier supply interface is increased to enhance the efficiencies of carrier conduction and photoelectric conversion.
