技術說明

本發明提供一種以液晶顯示器廢棄玻璃回收製成之環保紅磚及其製法，該環保紅磚係由黏土、來自液晶顯示器之廢玻璃以及燃油鍋爐集塵灰以混合燒結方法，經玻璃材料提供步驟、集塵灰提供步驟、黏土混合步驟、加壓成型步驟、乾燥步驟及燒結步驟，將LCD廢玻璃資源化為符合CNS建築用磚規範之環保紅磚，解決廢棄物掩埋對環境造成之衝擊，達到環境保護與資源永續再利用之目的。本案可提升國人對TFT-LCD廢玻璃、集塵灰資源化再利用之技術，並有助於光電產業及發電廠等所產生之TFT-LCD廢玻璃、集塵灰處理及回收再利用，達到零排放及循環型社會構築之目標。 Recognizing the TFT-LCD waste glass and electrostatic precipitators dust, and a worldwide trend toward resource and recovery for waste disposal, we have designed a series of sintering experiments to recycle the TFT-LCD waste glass and electrostatic precipitators dust co-sintered as eco-brick. In this study, co-sintering processes were attempted to make the TFT-LCD waste glass and electrostatic precipitators dust into building materials. It is hoped that the results of this study will contribute to the promotion of TFT-LCD waste glass and electrostatic precipitators dust recycling technologies, to help attain the goal of sustainable development helping to establish a recycling society with zero discharge.
