技術說明

本發明提供一種具有驅動流體能力的微流體裝置，包含：一形狀記憶基材，具有一形狀記憶高分子基體及多數高矯頑磁力粉末，埋設於該形狀記憶高分子基體內，對該高矯頑磁力粉末施加一交流磁場時，可以使得該高矯頑磁力粉末產生熱，藉此加熱該形狀記憶高分子基體使該形狀記憶高分子基體從暫時型態轉變成記憶型態；及一微流體晶片，與該形狀記憶基材彼此密封地接合，且具有一微流道，該微流道具有一開口，該形狀記憶高分子基體在該暫時型態係封閉該微流道的開口，而在該記憶型態時係形成一與該微流道的開口流體相通的凹陷空間。 This invention provides a microfluidic device with fluid driving capability. The microfluidic device includes a shape memory substrate and a microfluidic chip. The shape memory substrate includes a shape memory polymer matrix and a highly coercive powder embedded in the shape memory polymer matrix. When applying an alternate magnetic field to the highly coercive powder, heat is generated in the highly coercive powder, which results in heating of the shape memory polymer matrix, thereby permitting transformation of the shape memory polymer matrix from the temporary state to the memory state. The microfluidic device is sealingly attached to the substrate and has a micro fluid channel with an open end. The shape memory polymer matrix seals the open end of the micro channel at the temporary state and forms a recess in fluid communication with the open end at the memory state.
