商標地圖建置方法

本研究參考專利地圖的建置方法進行商標地圖之建置,目的在於提供業主及設計師具有客觀辨識商標近似程度之方法,以利企業有效選定有別於競爭對手的商標設計。本研究採取多次元尺度法,針對商標專業人員、設計師、及一般消費者發放共計86份的專業問卷,以建構上述三類族群的商標地圖,並分析其對於商標域值的近似差異。本研究成果將有助於企業分析競爭產業內的所有品牌商標,以檢視自家品牌商標是否具有高度識別性,並提供設計從業人員進行商標設計時之參考,以確立其商標設計具有明確的消費者識別定位。 Based on the method of constructing a patent map, this research attempts to build trademark maps to provide an objective approach for enterprises and trademark designers to evaluate the similarity between trademarks and help enterprises effectively select a unique trademark design for their products. Based on the multi-dimensional scale method, this research attempts to survey on trademark professionals, designers, and general consumers using 86 questionnaires. Through this survey, this research attempts to build trademark maps of these three groups of people and analyze the differences and similarities between trademarks. The results are expected to be helpful for both enterprises and trademark designers. Enterprises can use them to analyze all trademarks in the industry and examine if their trademarks are highly recognizable, while trademark designers can ensure that their designs have a definite position in consumer identity.
