技術說明

本發明係有關於一種具介孔洞結構之空心圓球及其製作方法，其中，具介孔洞結構之空心圓球係包括：一殼體，係具有複數貫穿殼體之通道，其中該殼體係包括：一介孔洞二氧化矽材料，且該介孔洞二氧化矽材料之孔洞排列方式係具有一立方對稱 (Ia3d) 結構。此外，本發明之具介孔洞結構之空心圓球之製作方法，係藉由使用陽離子界面活性劑、及非離子界面活性劑，而可簡易的製作出具有上述孔洞排列結構之介孔洞空心圓球。本發明所提出的介孔洞空心圓球具有高比表面積、高附載量、高質傳效率、極佳生物相容性等特性，因此在奈米材料的製備、高效能催化劑、生物分子、藥物的攜帶及儲存上具有很大的應用潛力。 The present invention relates to a hollow sphere with a mesoporous structure, and a method for manufacturing the same. The hollow sphere with a mesoporous structure comprises: a shell with plural channels penetrating the shell, wherein the shell comprises: a mesoporous silicon oxide material, and the mesoporous silicon oxide material has a cubic Ia3d symmetry pore structure. In addition, according to the method of the present invention, the aforementioned hollow sphere with the mesoporous structure can be easily obtained by use of a mixture of a cationic surfactant and a non-ionic surfactant.
