線型壓電陶瓷馬達之高階共振驅動電路

本發明主旨在設計一種直流電壓轉換成60Hz交流正弦電壓之驅動電路。目前直流電壓轉換成 低頻交流電壓裝置,一般稱為反流器(inverter),大部分以脈波寬度調變(PWM)方式產生。 然而此種脈寬調變型流器輸出具有高頻諧波成分,即使加入濾波器仍有高頻切換損失、電磁 干擾(EMI)、諧波電流及負載效應等問題。本發明首度運用高階LLCC共振原理,直接將直流電 壓振盪成為60Hz交流正弦電壓,主要用途為不斷電設備(UPS)中之直流轉換成交流電路,其特 徵如下: 1.推導高階LLCC共振理論中幾何頻率之特並應用於低頻商用頻率。 2.開關元件具低頻及柔性切換,輸出麥率高且架構簡單。 3.正弦電壓波形,無諧波及電磁干擾問題。 4.在無回授控制下,負載裝置從無載至滿載,輸出電壓及相位變動率分別在士3℃之內。 A new driving circuit is proposed for inverting DC voltage to 60Hz AC sinwave voltage in this invention. Until now, the mechanism for inverting DC voltage to low-frequency AC voltage is usually generated by the pulsewidth-modulation (PWM) technique. However, the output of the PWM-type inverter has high-grequency harmonic components. Though a filter is adopted to avoid this problem, it still has some undersired effects introduced by high-frequency switching loss, electro- magnetic-interference(EMI), harmonic current, and load variation. In this invention, a novel driving circuit based on the LLCC resonant technique is designed forinvertin DC voltage to 60Hz AC sinwave voltafe directly; moreover, it mainly applies to the DC/AC circuit in the uniterruptable power system (UPS). The circuit has the merits of soft switching, high efficiency and simplified implementation.
