推車油壓停車系統

本發明所研究的一種在可解決習知手推車的手動停車問題之推車油壓停車系統。其技術手段係包括一停車開關裝置、一油壓力導引裝置及至少一卡止裝置,該停車開關裝置和油壓力導引裝置上設有活塞和一外殼,而活塞外的卡鍵藉由外殼內的凸條之斜導面和導槽的交互循環作動,使踏鈕在同一方向受力而可做剎車啟動及解除,以解決習用結構,使用者必須以腳足尖挑起踏板的操作所造成斜面損壞及操作不便的缺失。目前習用手推車停車裝置都是採用鋼索或連桿來驅動停車裝置的啟動和解除,而本發明之油壓力導引裝置是為油壓裝置,該油壓力導引裝置連接於停車開關裝置與卡止裝置之間,藉由停車開關裝置配合油壓力導引裝置來驅動卡止裝置,驅使卡銷迫抵嵌入車子轉盤之受抵部,來達到停車的效果,如此可避免習用零件間的磨耗而造成間隙過大及鋼索鬆脫造成啟動和解除停車裝置反應遲緩,而造成危險。本發明整體組成均為目前科技技術水準所能達成,在廠商製造上確實可以完成及實現,因此本發明確實可供產業上充份利用。 The limit key of the piston acts in turn with the inclined surface and guiding slot on the inner wall of the shell, so as to switch the brake in turn with on and off status by pressing button in one direction, and so as to dissolve the disadvantages of damage and inconvenience if operation of the traditional device because the user should pick the pedal by tiptoes when operate. The oil force guiding device of the present invention is oil pressure device, which connects between with the park switch device and the stop device, whereby the park switch device drives the stop device by the oil force guiding device, so as to drive the pin insert in the limit portion of the rotate disk of the trolley and park the trolley, and to avoid the danger because of the wearing down of the parts and the release of the wire.
