技術說明

本發明係有關於一種毒品檢測方法，包括：提供一檢測試紙，該檢測試紙包含一第一免疫單元；然後施加一樣品於該檢測試紙上，該樣品包含一第二免疫單元，該第一免疫單元係與該第二免疫單元結合；施加一呈色劑，該呈色劑係與該第一免疫單元或該第二免疫單元結合而產生一顏色變化；然後以一封閉工作平台偵測該檢測試紙，其中該封閉工作平台包括一光源、一偵測單元及一輸出單元，該光源照射該檢測試紙，該偵測單元偵測經該光源照射後之該檢測試紙之一顏色訊號，且該輸出單元將該顏色訊號以一數值方式輸出。本發明亦有關於一種毒品檢測系統。 The invention is related to a method of drug detection, which comprises: providing a detect paper with a first immune-unit adhered thereon; then applying a sample on the detect paper, wherein the sample includes a second immune-unit binding with the first immune-unit; applying a color reagent, which binds to the first immune-unit or the second immune-unit and generates a color change; and then detecting the color change on the detect paper with an enclosed working platform, wherein the enclosed working platform comprises a light source, a detect unit and a output unit, the light source irradiates the paper-based analytical platform, the detect unit captures the signal of color change of the paper-based analytical platform, and the output unit exports the signal of color change in the form of numerical data; another perspective of the invention is also related to a system of metal ions detection.
