技術說明

本成果是指一種利用前向糾錯（Forward Error Correction，FEC）機制的資料保密方法及系統。前向糾錯機制是常見的一種錯誤檢測及更正機制，來源資料透過編碼之後可以回復傳輸過程中來源資料發生的錯誤。現有之該前向糾錯系統，僅應用於處理資料傳輸過程中，因傳輸媒體或通道受到雜訊干擾而造成之錯誤的更正，尚未被延伸到與網路資料傳輸之保密性及安全性相關的應用層面。在本成果所發展的系統中，利用前向糾錯機制來達到資料保密的目的，此系統包含參考資料處理模組、前向糾錯編碼器及解碼器。該參考資料處理模組用以選定參考資料。該前向糾錯編碼器用以將該參考資料與一來源資料一同進行前向糾錯編碼，以得到一已編碼資料組。在透過適當的資訊交換以及資料傳輸之後，來源資料可以在不需要真正傳送的情況下藉由前向糾錯的解碼而得到原始的完整資料，因此可以達到資料保密的功效。 Forward error correction (FEC) is a popular error detection and correction mechanism in the network communication. Modern FEC-based transmission systems mainly focus on providing the robust data transmission, and none of them is applied to ensure the data encryption. Accordingly, this work is related to a data hidden technique and system, especially based on the FEC mechanism. The developed system is consisted of the reference data processing module, the FEC encoder and the FEC decoder. In the reference data processing module, the reference data is generated to be encoded with the original source data. After a series of information exchange and data transfer process, the source data can be successfully decoded without putting the real source data into channel transmission and therefore, the source data is hidden and protected from the malevolent attack.
