膀胱及腎臟癌之尿液生物標記及其應用

中文摘要: 本發明係關於一組尿液膀胱癌生物標記在癌症診斷、癌症發展上的使用方法,這組生物標記所含之35個蛋白質在膀胱癌病人尿液中相較於同齡層對照組含量顯著增加,表示罹患膀胱癌的機率增加或是膀胱癌病人的侵入程度惡化,可以作為非侵入生物標記以檢測膀胱癌的發生及進展情況。這組生物標記包含有載脂蛋白質A1或載脂蛋白質A2或含有附表中之任何一種或一種以上的蛋白質。 關鍵字:載脂蛋白質,尿液生物標記,膀胱癌 We used the proteomic approach to discover 35 up-expressed proteins in bladder cancer urine. Western blot analyses were performed in individual samples to confirm that the levels of apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein A2, heparin cofactor 2 precursor, Serum amyloid A-4 protein, and peroxiredoxin 2 were significantly elevated in individual urine samples from bladder cancer patients. This invention provides a marker panel for bladder cancer diagnosis and prognosis using one or more proteins included in the list of up-expressed proteins. The method may be carried out on a urine sample collected from the subject. The is carried out by (a) detecting one or more markers in a biological sample of said subject, said markers selected from the markers set in Table 1 (e.g. one or more markers selected from the group set in Table); and (b) determining an altered level of said marker(s), said altered level indicating said subject may be afflicted with or at risk of developing bladder cancer.
