技術說明

現今所研究之有機發光二極體(OLED)，膜面對其元件效能及壽命影響很大，若膜面有缺陷，會使元件發光效率下降及影響壽命。 本申請案利用Phosphomolybdic acid(PMA)的特殊特性，將PMA摻雜入各種極性高分子中，藉此改善各種高分子材料的成膜性，進一步提升有機發光二極體元件之性能及穩定性。 In recent research, the thin film of OLED has a great effect on the device performance and stability. If the thin film of OLED has defects, it will decrease the efficiency of devices and affect the lifetime. In this application, we utilize Phosphomolybdic acid(PMA)’s special characteristics for improving the thin film properties of polar polymer materials and doped polar polymer with PMA. After observation, we find that the PMA doped polar polymer method improves the device performance and stability simultaneously.
