技術說明

一種苯酞類化合物之用途，係用以製備提升血紅蛋白釋放氧氣至人體內各器官及周邊組織之能力的藥物，其中，苯酞類化合物係與血紅蛋白之α次單元的Arg141殘基形成至少一氫鍵，使帶氧之血紅蛋白穩定處於低氧親合力並容易將氧氣釋放至各器官及周邊組織之T態。本發明另關於包含該苯酞類化合物之醫藥組合物。 A use of phthalides of manufacturing drugs for improving the oxygen-releasing ability of oxygenated hemoglobin to organs and peripheral tissues in human bodies is disclosed. The phthalides form at least one hydrogen bond with the Arg141 residue of the hemoglobin α subunit, thus stabilizing the oxygenated hemoglobin in the low oxygen affinity T form and facilitating the oxygen release to organs and peripheral tissues. A medication containing phthalides is also disclosed.
