合成氮化鋁之方法與裝置

本發明係關於一種氮化鋁的合成方法與裝置,係將反應物置於 兩端開口之鋁製容器內,並於反應物與容器器壁間及容器底部 鋪一層氮化鋁粉,再將此鋁製容器置於充滿氮氣之反應器中, 加熱引燃反應物,同時於鋁製容器底部持續通入氮氣,反應物 即進行燃燒合成反應而生成氮化鋁。相較於傳統方法合成氮化 鋁,需在高溫(>1000℃),與長時間操作(>5hr),高能源損 耗,導致生產成本居高不下,本法則強調省能源、製程簡單、 反應快速,高產率,且適合大量生產。 This invention relates to a method and apparatus for synthesis of aluminum nitride. The reactants are placed in an aluminum container which has two opening ends. In the meantime, aluminum nitride powder is placed in between the reactant and the container wall, and is placed also at the bottom. The aluminum container is then placed in a reactor filled with nitrogen. A nitrogen gas stream is directed to the bottom of the aluminum container. The reactant is heated till ignition occurs and aluminum nitride is produced by combustion synthesis reaction. Compared to conventional methods which require heating at elevated temperatures for long periods of time, causing high energy consumption and high production cost, this method consumes very little energy, has a very simple operation procedure, a high production rate and is capable of mass production.
